After breakfast, we head south to Tamagrout to visit the Zaouia Nasiryaa, home to one of the oldest libraries in the Kingdom. We continue to M’hamid, the gateway to the deep desert. From here, we transition to a 4x4 or camels to navigate the vast plateaus until the massive dunes of Erg Chegaga appear on the horizon. Enjoy a sunset camel trek across the high dunes followed by a traditional Berber dinner and music at a desert camp under the stars.

We drive across the peaceful wilderness and the natural dried lake of Iriki, a former haven for migratory birds. After an off-road adventure, we reach the quiet town of Foum-Zguid and continue to Tazenakht, a major center for Berber carpet weaving. From there, we join the main road, passing through various oases and villages before crossing the High Atlas Mountains once more to return to Marrakech, arriving in the evening.
