Departure for Safi, a city famous for its ceramics. Continue along the coastal road to Oualidia and El Jadida. Walk on the fortifications facing the ocean and visit the Portuguese cistern. Continue to Casablanca for the night.

City tour of Casablanca including Mohamed V Square and the Hassan II Grand Mosque. Walk on the "Cornish" before departing for Rabat, the political capital. Visit the Royal Palace, Chellah, the Mausoleum of Mohamed V, and the Hassan Tower.

Drive to Tangier, the crossroads of Europe and Africa. Explore the old town and the Kasbah settled at the top of the hill with a panoramic view over the Mediterranean Sea. Visit Cape Spartel and the Caves of Hercules.

Head to Chefchaouen, the "Blue Pearl" of the north. You will have free time to explore the Kasbah, Outa el-Hammam square, and walk through the famous blue-washed streets at your own pace.

Visit Meknes: the Bab Mansour door, the old stables, and the Bou Inania school. Continue to the holy city of Moulay Idriss and the Roman ruins of Volubilis, known for its well-preserved mosaics. Arrive in Fes for the evening.

A day dedicated to the spiritual capital. Explore Fez el Bali, the souks, the Nejjarine fountain, and the museum of wood. In the afternoon, visit Fez el Jedid, the Mellah, the Royal Palace entrance, and the Marinid tombs.

Pass through the cedar forest of Azrou to meet the Barbary apes. After lunch in Midelt, cross the High Atlas and the Ziz Gorges. Arrive in Merzouga and exchange the car for a camel to reach your desert camp.

Enjoy the sunrise and ride back to Merzouga. Visit the traditional market in Rissani. Continue to Zagora, crossing the lunar landscapes of Jebel Saghro and the adobe villages of N’Kob. Discover the Ksar of Tissergate.

Travel through the Draa Valley, a succession of gorges and oases. Cross Agdez and visit the Kasbah of Tamnougalte, a striking example of traditional architecture. Stop at the Kasbah of Taourirt in Ouarzazate.

Depart for the Skoura palm grove and Kelaa M’Gouna (the Rose Valley). Reach the Todra Gorge, a massive fault 250m high with crystal clear waters. Return to Ouarzazate for the night.

Visit Ksar Ait Ben Haddou, a UNESCO site and famous film location. Cross the High Atlas via the Tizi N’Tichka pass (2,260m) to reach Marrakech. Overnight in a selected hotel or Riad.

Discover the Koutoubia, the Bahia Palace, and the Saadian tombs. In the afternoon, visit the Menara Garden, the Ben Youssef Medersa, and the Majorelle Garden. End the day at the lively Djemaa El Fna square.
